I am a first-year MS/PhD student in computer science at KAUST. I am very fortunate to be advised by Prof. Francesco Orabona.
Before joining KAUST, I work with Prof. Chi-Jen Lu in Academia Sinica and Prof. Shou-De Lin at National Taiwan University.
My research interest lies in developing practical optimization algorithms with strong theoretical guarantees with a focus on online learning and reinforcement learning. I am also interested in statistical learning theory and using computers to assist mathematical research.
Chaotic with a meme, sharp with a proof, fast with a script, and precise with a twist.
